The following payment methods are offered when booking: Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Postfinance, iDeal and Bancontact. Payments by bank transfer can only be accepted if they are received at least 14 days prior to arrival.
The booking price must be paid in full no later than four days before arrival. If payment is not made at the time of booking, but on arrival at the hotel reception by Chèque Vacances, EC card, voucher, EMOTIONS card or in cash, a valid credit card is required as a guarantee at the time of booking.
If full payment is not received four days before arrival, the booking price will be authorised on the credit card on file as a security deposit. This authorisation will be cancelled after payment with an alternative means of payment on arrival.
If payment is not made up to four days before arrival and no authorised credit card has been deposited, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
For special offers (restricted rate), payment may be required at the time of booking.
For last-minute online bookings (from three days before arrival), payment of the full booking price is required directly at the time of booking. It is not possible to guarantee the booking with a credit card.
For telephone bookings made three days or more before arrival, guests will receive a guarantee request by e-mail with a link for payment. After full payment of the booking price, the booking confirmation will be sent. If no payment is made, the reservation will be cancelled.
