Europa-Park Hotels and Europa-Park Silver Lake City are located directly in the border triangle of Germany, France and Switzerland and are therefore easy to reach. Whether you're travelling by car, public transport, a coach tour operator, long-distance bus or plane -here the most important information on how to get here at a glance!

All Europa-Park hotels except hotel ‘Krønasår’ are located directly at Europa-Park and have a separate entrance to Europa-Park. Guests of hotel ‘Krønasår’can take the Hotel Shuttle to the stop 'Hoteleingang' (hotel entrance) and then use the hotel entrance as well. Details can be found on the site map.

Rulantica Water World is located next to Hotel Krønasår and has a separate entrance.
Guests of Hotel Krønasår can access the water world directly via a connecting bridge. Guests from other Europa-Park hotels can take the hotel shuttle to the ‘Rulantica’ stop and enter the Water World via the main entrance. Details can be found on the site plan. Guests of Europa-Park Silver Lake City can reach the Water World by car or with the free "Rust Bus" (see the timetable here) . Guests of Europa-Park SIlver Lake City require a hotel authorisation voucher, which can be handed over at check-in on site, in order to use the Water World car park free of charge.

Europa-Park Silver Lake City is located near the Europa-Park main entrance. Guests of Europa-Park Silver Lake City can enter Europa-Park directly from the main entrance. Details can be found on the site plan.

Tickets booked in conjunction with an overnight stay can be called up digitally in the Europa-Park Hotel App from 6am on the day of arrival. Alternatively, they can be collected from the respective hotel reception or the reception in Silver Lake City on the day of arrival on presentation of the booking confirmation. Guests who have booked a stay at the hotel ‘Castillo Alcazar’ should contact the reception of the hotel ‘El Andaluz’.

Tickets that have already been purchased can be presented upon arrival at the reception. The reception desk will check these for validity and mark current admission tickets with a hotel stamp. With this stamp, you can also use the hotel entrance to Europa-Park as well as the VIP opening times. If the ticket you have brought with you has expired, the value of the ticket will be credited and a new ticket will be issued.

Hotel guests with a valid ResortPass can enter Europa-Park directly via our hotel control. However, it is important that the Resort Pass is deposited with Pre-Registration before visiting Europa-Park. Alternatively, it can be deposited at the booked accommodation. Here, the ResortPass is digitally recorded so that the hotel admission control can be used.

All hotel guests who have a valid Europa-Park ticket for the current day are allowed to enter Europa-Park half an hour earlier during the summer season and one hour earlier during the winter season. In Rulantica, VIP access with a valid ticket can be used all year round, already from 9.00 am. Please note that only some selected attractions are open. This offer is valid on the day of arrival, during your stay and on the day of departure. It is also exclusively reserved for Europa-Park hotel guests. ResortPass owner can also make use of VIP entry to Europa-Park with an overnight stay in a hotel. However, this cannot be transferred to friends or family members who are not staying at one of the Europa-Park hotels.

Pre-registration can be used to save time when travelling. Further information can be found here.

Earlier arrival is not a problem. Rooms can only be occupied from 4.30pm. The offers for hotel guests, such as VIP access, are valid on the day of arrival, during the stay and on the day of departure and can be used from the morning of the day of arrival. If you opt for the SMS or push service during pre-registration, you will be informed if your room is ready for occupancy before 3.30pm.

The room can also be occupied after Europa-Park / Rulantica has closed. There are two options available: Registration directly in the morning when collecting the tickets at the respective reception desk. Alternatively, the room can also be occupied at a later time, as the hotel receptions are staffed around the clock. If the arrival or check-in time is after 6pm, this can be communicated by telephone on +49 7822 860-0.

All Europa-Park hotels and Europa-Park Silver Lake City have rooms where luggage can be deposited before check-in and after check-out. The reception team will be happy to assist you. No liability is accepted in the event of loss.

All hotel receptions have lockers in which valuables can be locked free of charge. In the Europa-Park Silver Lake City there are free lockers directly on the premises. The hotels are also equipped with safe deposit boxes in the rooms/suites.

For dinner it is recommended to make a table reservation in advance. The Guest Relations Team will be happy to take these via email at guestrelations.resort@europapark.de. An online reservation is possible at www.europapark.de/tischreservierung, as well as in the Europa-Park Hotel app. Reservations are generally not possible in the bars.

Questions about the mobile phone ticket and online check-in via the Europa-Park Hotel App

Every overnight guest who has reserved tickets in connection with an overnight stay can retrieve the mobile phone tickets in the Europa-Park Hotel App and check in directly online.

The following requirements must be met:
-The Europa-Park Hotel App must be installed
-the login must be made with the account to which the booking is linked
-Pre-Registration must have been completed
-the reservation must be paid in full
-a stable internet connection must be available (free WLAN is available on the grounds of our adventure resort)

Retrieval of the reserved mobile phone tickets and online check-in are possible from 06:00 on the day of arrival.

Tickets booked in conjunction with an overnight stay can be accessed in the Europa-Park Hotel App from 06:00 on the day of arrival after Pre-Registration and full payment of the total price. The mobile phone tickets can be found there under the "Stays" tab and directly on the start page.

Tickets booked in conjunction with an overnight stay can only be accessed by users of the Europa-Park Hotel App. Alternatively, tickets can be collected directly from the reception of the respective accommodation on arrival.

If the mobile phone tickets for overnight guests cannot be retrieved, it must be ensured that all requirements for downloading the reserved tickets are met. If it is still not possible to retrieve the tickets, the tickets will be deposited at the reception of the respective accommodation. For any questions or issues, the staff on-site will assist further.

Mobile phone tickets can only be changed before online check-in. To change tickets that have been booked in connection with an overnight stay before retrieving them, the staff at reception are available on the day of arrival. Changes can be made by telephone on +49 7822 860-0 before the day of arrival.

By retrieving the mobile phone tickets that were booked in connection with an overnight stay, it is confirmed that these can no longer be cancelled, rebooked or amended.

Only tickets that have been booked in conjunction with an overnight stay can be accessed in the Europa-Park Hotel App. Tickets purchased via the Europa-Park ticket shop for day visitors are only available in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app.

Overnight guests staying at Europa-Park hotels can use their mobile phone tickets to gain earlier access to Europa-Park and the Rulantica Water World via the Europa-Park Hotel App. For overnight guests at Europa-Park Silver Lake City, the main entrance to Europa-Park and the Rulantica Water World will open during regular opening hours.

After retrieving the mobile phone tickets for overnight guests, it is not necessary to register at reception. The mobile phone tickets can be used immediately. As soon as the accommodation is ready for occupancy (usually from 15:30), the room keys/information about the accommodation can be collected from reception.

The booked mobile phone tickets for overnight guests can be shared via the corresponding Wallet pass (e.g. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet).

Tickets booked in conjunction with an overnight stay are only displayed digitally in the Europa-Park Hotel App. The VirtualLine function for Europa-Park can be found in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app. In order to use the virtual queue, the ticket number must be copied from the Europa-Park Hotel App to the Europa-Park & Rulantica App. The ticket number can be entered under "Enter ticket number manually".

If travelling by car, parking spaces are included at the booked accommodation. We recommend leaving your luggage in the car and visiting the park directly with your mobile phone ticket. Information about the car parks and the included shuttle service can be found here. In order to receive the room key or information about the accommodation, it is necessary to report to reception. Hotel rooms are usually ready for occupancy from 3.30pm. It is possible to be informed by push message as soon as the room is ready for occupancy.

Europa-Park Camping guests arriving with a caravan can use the car park from noon on the day of arrival. Parking is available in the waiting area before this time.

To use the free parking facility, the mobile phone ticket from the Europa-Park Hotel App must be scanned at the exit. The ticket is only valid for the Rulantica visitor car park and is not valid in the Krønasår Hotel car park.

The validity of the mobile phone tickets is linked to the stay and is noted on the respective ticket. After your stay, it is no longer possible to access these tickets in the Europa-Park Hotel App.

There is a VIP entrance for guests of Europa-Park hotels, which provides direct access to Europa-Park. This is located at the Hotel El Andaluz. Europa-Park Silver Lake Coity guests can enter Europa-Park directly through the main entrance. There is no need to visit reception, as online check-in has already taken place.

For guests of Hotel Krønasår there is a VIP entrance at the hotel, which provides direct access to the Rulantica water world. The hotel shuttle/rust shuttle is included for guests staying at the other hotels and Europa-Park Silver Lake City. This shuttle service runs regularly between the hotels, Europa-Park Silver Lake City and the main entrance to Wasserwelt Rulantica.

Online check-in and retrieving mobile phone tickets are linked.

In order to be able to check in online, the requirements for online check-in must be met. After confirming the "Check-in and load tickets" button (under the "Stays" tab), the selected reservation is checked in. Online check-in is possible from 6:00 am on the day of arrival.

If no tickets were booked at the time of booking, the reservation can still be checked in online in the Europa-Park Hotel App. After confirming the button "Check-in and load tickets" (under the tab "Stays"), the selected reservation is checked in. It is not necessary to report to reception before 15:30. As soon as the accommodation is ready for occupancy, the room keys/information are deposited at the respective reception desk.

Room preferences can also be specified. If the reservation is booked via the tour operator, it is possible to link the external reservation with your own account on the account page. The Hotel Friends programme is also integrated, allowing you to manage eligible stays and view your current status.

Several rooms can only be booked one after the other. After successfully completing the first booking, you have the option of booking additional rooms by clicking on 'reserve another room'. The default settings for the travel date, as well as the personal account details, are retained so that further bookings can be made quickly.

Only rarely are rooms requested for identical bookings, such as 5 double rooms. However, Europa-Park hotel guests are given the greatest possible flexibility when booking a room. Therefore, every reservation can be individualised to a great extent - from the room to the tickets for Europa-Park as well as Rulantica, and much more. To ensure that this process does not become too complex and to make it easy to find your way through the booking process, booking several rooms can only be done consecutively.

It is possible to indicate at the time of booking that the booking is being made for another person. It is important to list the names and dates of birth of the persons arriving.

The hotels that are available for the selected combination of number of persons and time period are always displayed. If the desired Europa-Park hotel is no longer available, it is also possible to contact the tour operators Ameropa or DerTour (for Switzerland: Railaway and Hotelplan) to check whether they still have room allocations.

The child is included in the room rate free of charge if sleeping in the parents' bed.

A cot can be added for an extra charge of €8.00 per night and child, or a normal bed for an extra charge of €18.00 per night and child in step 5 of the online booking process.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and does not have to be booked separately. This only applies to Europa-Park Hotels and Europa-Park Tipi Town, not to Europa-Park Caravan and Europa-Park Camping.

Tickets for Europa-Park and Rulantica are not automatically included in the overnight stay prices. There are however selected offers which include admission tickets for Europa-Park or Rulantica. In this case, this will be explicitly pointed out. In step 1 of the online booking process, only the overnight stay in one of the Europa-Park hotels will be displayed. Admission tickets can be added in the following steps.

It is generally advisable to book tickets in advance. Together with the overnight stay, it is possible to purchase cheaper multi-day tickets for Europa-Park. With the promotional rate, which can only be booked online, it is possible to receive a 20% discount on tickets. Please note that special booking conditions apply. After having selected your room, the next step is to add the Europa-Park and Rulantica tickets, as well as any events, to your booking under ‘Events & Extras’.

Promotional rate: On selected periods, the ‘promotional rate’ can be booked with a 20% discount on accommodation, breakfast and admission. Please note the booking conditions. Offer for guests aged 60+: From the age of 60, guests receive a discount on admission tickets for Europa-Park and Rulantica as well as a discount for one overnight stay (Sunday - Thursday). Questions about the Europa-Park ResortPass

The ResortPass is Europa-Park's annual pass. General information about this are available online.

The Europa-Park Resort Pass is a strictly limited and digital product. We strongly recommend to purchase the Resort Pass already at home online (only while stocks last). An exhibition at the reception is not possible.

When staying in the hotel resort, the Camp Resort or the Europa-Park Silver Lake City, you can visit Europa-Park even on blocked days during your stay (incl. day of arrival and departure).

No, this is not possible. The printed card can only be issued at the information office at the tower in the French themed area of Europa-Park, for a fee of €5.

When staying overnight in one of the Europa-Park hotels or in Europa-Park Silver Lake City, Europa-Park admissions are automatically reserved for all days of the stay, including arrival and departure days, provided that the stay falls within the validity period of the ResortPass.
To ensure this, the ResortPass ID should be deposited with Pre-Registration after the reservation. The link to pre-registration is available here.

Once pre-registration has been completed, the reserved days will be displayed in the ResortPass portal at www.resort-pass.de.

ResortPass Gold holders should note that the included day tickets for Rulantica must be reserved separately in the ResortPass portal.

If an overnight stay has been booked and the ResortPass has been purchased at a later date, the ResortPass ID can be entered online during pre-registration. Alternatively, this is also possible on site at check-in at reception. After depositing the ResortPass ID at check-in, unlimited access to Europa-Park is granted during the entire stay within the opening hours.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF A RESERVATION

A paid reservation can only be cancelled via the reservations team. The team can be contacted by telephone daily from 08:00 to 19:00 on +49 7822 860-0. After successful cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the original means of payment within a few days. The respective cancellation conditions apply; different conditions may apply for special offers, such as promotional rates or restricted rates.

Unpaid reservations can be cancelled via the account on reservation.europapark under ‘My reservations’. Alternatively, a cancellation form is available, after which a confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The respective cancellation conditions apply. The cancellation conditions vary from room to room. Normally, bookings can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The relevant booking conditions can be found in the rate selection (step 4 of the room booking) under ‘Good to know’ and in the reservation confirmation. The conditions for reservations that cannot be cancelled free of charge and special offers may differ. In the event of late cancellation, we will charge a cancellation fee of at least 80% of the accommodation amount.

Questions about Europa-Park

Birthday children up to and including on their 12th birthday receive free admission to Europa-Park. All you need to do is present an identity document at the hotel reception.

Special rates apply for guests with disabilities and wheelchair users. By contacting the reservation number on +49 7822 860-0 or leaving a note in the comments field at the end of the online reservation, you can reserve the appropriate tickets and additional products for Rulantica.

Dogs are allowed into the park provided a leash is used. Excluded here are so-called listed dogs/fighting dogs. The dogs are not permitted to be brought along on riding attractions, nor in some catering establishments. A dog set is available for dog owners free of charge at the main entrance. There are also 15 dog water stations around the park.

Purchases do not have to be carried with you all day. Items purchased by 3pm will be delivered safely and free of charge to the reception of the Europa-Park hotels, provided that a hotel stay has been booked. They can be collected there from 5.30pm.

WiFi is available free of charge at Europa-Park. Simply switch on WiFi, accept and agree to the privacy policy.

It is possible to hire a locker at the main entrance for a small fee. The number of lockers available is limited.

The lost property offices are located at the main entrance and at the information centre by the lake. Enquiries by e-mail to: fundbuero@europapark.de. The loss form can be downloaded.

Vending machines can be found next to the information desk at the main entrance, the information desk by the lake, the entrance to the Spanish Arena and in Greece next to the entrance to the ‘Curse of Cassandra’ attraction. In some parts of the park, payment can also be made by credit card.

The pram hire service at Europa-Park offers the possibility to hire a pram upon arrival at the main entrance and park entrance of the hotels for a fee of €5.00¹ and a deposit of €50.00. Please note that pushchairs are only suitable for children who can already sit independently, as it is not possible to lie down in a pushchair. Pushchair hire is not available at Europa-Park.

The first member of staff can be approached for the ‘baby switch’ service at the minimum size lanes. While one partner is travelling, the other can stay with the child and spend the waiting time in the playground, for example. The travelling partner receives a card, which is passed on to the other partner after the journey. With this card, the other partner can start the journey directly without having to queue again. This service is only available on the major rollercoasters.

Questions about the Pre-Registration

The Pre-Registration for the reservation can be completed as soon as you receive your booking confirmation. If you have booked your room through a travel agency, the Pre-Registration will be available two days after the you made the booking at the earliest.

You can find the reservation number on the booking confirmation in the top right corner. If you have booked through a travel agency, please refer to the voucher for your number.

You can complete the Pre-Registration for every reservation, if you have the first name and surname as well as the email address of the main traveller, and the reservation number. Furthermore, you will need the address of the main traveller and the names and dates of birth of all companions in order to be able to finalise the Pre-Registration. If the main traveller does not live in Germany, you will also require the passport number (identity card/ID card/passport) of the main traveller.

You need the first name and surname as well as the email address of the main traveller, and the reservation number. You have the option to save the details of your accompanying travellers for your next stay. In this case, your accompanying travellers will be suggested in the Pre-Registration. Please select the option ‘Remember this person for future bookings’ when adding your accompanying travellers.

Perhaps you have booked your stay through a travel agency and not directly with the hotel. In this case, your contact details are not held by the hotel. Therefore, your stay was not automatically linked to your account. Please enter your address again or link your stay beforehand.

For an improved hotel process, we also save the dates of birth of the accompanying persons, as age is significant when calculating the price of hotel rooms, tickets as well as buffet prices. Your details will be automatically deleted after 10 years.

A withdrawal is possible at any time via email at datenschutz@europapark.de, or by post, Europa-Park GmbH & Co - Hotelbetriebe KG, Datenschutz, Europa-Park-Str.4+6, 77977 Rust. We will delete your details immediately. If deletion is not possible due to legal requirements of tax and commercial law, your data will only be processed for legal obligations. Processing for commercial purposes will no longer take place after an objection.

SELECT YOUR DESIRED ROOM FAQ

The room selection service is available exclusively and free of charge to all members of the Europa-Park Hotel Friends Programme. Room bookings must be made online at reservations.europapark.de/ or in our Europa-Park Hotel App. There must be at least 3 days between the booking and the day of arrival. Once all conditions have been met and the booking has been finalised, the preferred room function can be selected on the final page by scrolling down.

This function is directly linked to the online booking and cannot be used afterwards, therefore the room can only be selected during the booking process. After the browser window has been closed, this option is no longer available. A subsequent change of the desired room is also not supported online.

The room you have chosen will be treated with the highest priority. Unforeseen changes may occur during hotel operations and therefore a binding commitment is not possible.

No, this service is considered a ‘request’. A 100% guarantee is not possible. The hotel only guarantees for the selected room category. There is no claim for price reduction. If any changes are made, no preliminary information is given.

All Europa-Park hotels and the Europa-Park Tipi Town offer a choice of rooms. At Europa-Park Caravaning, you can also choose the pitch of your choice.

No, the desired room will be digitally filed in the reservation. There is no written confirmation.

This service is exclusive for Europa-Park Hotel Friends members only. You can still become a member at any time and free of charge. Sign up here.

All available rooms in the reserved category at the time of the reservation will be shown. If your stay is longer than one night, only the rooms available for the whole stay will be offered. If no free rooms are shown the allocation is exhausted and the option to select a desired room is not possible anymore.

This depends on the personal preferences of each guest. Possible preferences could be: upper floor or ground floor, view, centrally accessible or far away from the lift.

Questions about payment

In general, the booking price of the reservation must be paid in full no later than four days before arrival*. If you do not wish to pay the full booking price directly when making the booking, but instead wish to pay on arrival at the hotel reception by Chèque Vacances, EC card, voucher, EMOTIONS card or in cash, a valid credit card must be provided as a guarantee when booking (Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, Discover).
If we have not received full payment of the booking price up to four days before arrival, the booking price will be authorised on the deposited credit card as a security deposit. The authorisation of this credit card will be cancelled after payment on arrival using an alternative means of payment.
If payment is not made up to four days before arrival and no authorised credit card is available, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

The booking confirmation will only be issued after full payment of the booking price. If payment is not made within this time frame, the reservation will be cancelled.

It is recommended that you check with your bank in advance whether your credit card supports the 3D Secure procedure. Europa-Park GmbH & Co. Hotelbetriebe KG cannot provide any information on this.

When booking online with a voucher, ‘I am paying with a voucher / EMOTIONS card’ must be selected and the voucher number chosen when completing the booking. The credit card is then entered to guarantee the booking. The voucher can be redeemed on site at reception; the original voucher must be brought along.

There is a visitor's tax of € 1 per night per adult. This can be paid directly when booking online, at the Pre-Registration or on site at the reception.

At the end of the booking process and the Pre-Registration there is the possibility to enter an invoice address separately from the private address.

Questions about arrangement and wellness vouchers

The accommodation vouchers have no expiry date! If the voucher is redeemed at a later date (later season), a surcharge will be charged depending on the price change.

It is possible to directly purchase a voucher for wellness treatments or overnight stays on the booking page. An EMOTIONS gift card can be purchased by telephone on +49 7822 77-6688 or directly via our online shop.

With our Print at Home service, vouchers as well as admission tickets and event tickets can be conveniently printed out yourself.

A voucher can be entered at the end of the online booking, when confirming the personal data and method of payment. The voucher can be redeemed on arrival at the reception desk.

Questions about the Europa-Park Hotel App

Due to the numerous functions of the Europa-Park Hotel App, all guests of the Europa-Park hotels and the Europa-Park Silver Lake City can benefit from its use. Particularly members of our Europa-Park Hotel Friends programme, as they receive a multitude of additional functions.

An internet connection is crucial to use the Europa-Park Hotel App with all its functions.

A login is not required to receive information and impressions in the hotel app. However, registration is required for functions such as managing stays, online check-in, retrieving booked tickets, digital check-out or reserving an evening table.

The login and account for room reservation is the same as for the Europa-Park Hotel app. It is also possible to log in to the Europa-Park Hotel app with the Hotel Friends number, if available.

The account is personalised and therefore only provides information about the main person travelling. Persons travelling with you cannot view booked stays. For further questions or feedback please contact feedback.hotelapp@europapark.de.

It is possible to log in using several devices at the same time, but the account is always the same.

Information about your own device and operating system is stored in the hotel app. Personal data such as name, address, date of birth and e-mail are mandatory. Other optional data includes telephone numbers, profile pictures, people travelling with you, loyalty programme membership number, loyalty programme status, data on past and future stays and notes on individual reservations, guest requests and room preferences.

Push notifications are messages that are sent without opening the Europa-Park Hotel app that appear on the user's smartphone. However, users must be logged in to the Europa-Park Hotel app and have given permission to receive push notifications. Under the settings in the 'More' section you can select whether you would like a push notification as soon as your room is ready on the day of arrival and/or if there are new offers and promotions. In the personalised message centre of the Europa-Park Hotel app account there is also a chronological list of the Push notifications already received.

Mobile check-out is available from 6:00 am to 11:00 am on the day of departure. After this time, mobile check-out is no longer possible. If there is a credit balance on the bill or if individual items are taken over by another person or company, the mobile check-out cannot be used either. To delete the Europa-Park Hotel App account, the following steps are required:

1. open the Europa-Park Hotel App and navigate to the settings via the "More" section
2. click on the "Delete my account" button
3. confirm the following information

After confirmation, an email will be sent to the account holder containing a summary of all the data to be deleted. To finalise the deletion, the email must be answered with ‘Yes’. Please note that the data cannot be restored after deletion and if you have any questions, please contact our support team by e-mail at delete.hotelapp@europapark.de.

Questions about the Europa-Park Hotel Friends Program

It is a loyalty programme for guests who make particularly frequent trips to Europa-Park hotels and Europa-Park Tipi Town. Members of the Hotel Friends programme benefit from exclusive advantages and particularly friendly gestures. Simply find out more and register online at hotelfriends.europapark.de.

Registration for the Europa-Park Hotel Friends loyalty program is only possible online. When registering, all users are also obliged to confirm the conditions of participation for the program online. Participation begins with successful online registration at hotelfriends.europapark.de or via the Europa-Park Hotel App.

It is possible to create an account from the age of 16, but to become a member of the Europa-Park Hotel Friends programme, the minimum required age is 18 years old.

Only individual persons who have reached the age of 18 and who have a valid email address are eligible to participate. Companies, organisations or groups are not eligible to participate.

Membership in the Europa-Park Hotel Friends loyalty program is free of charge. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the program.

Members can collect qualifying stays at participating hotels. This includes all Europa-Park hotels and Europa-Park Silver Lake City (excluding Caravaning & Camping).

All qualifying stays that are not older than 10 years can be collected. A stay is the period between arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out). This period is always associated with at least one overnight stay in the participating hotels or in Europa-Park Silver Lake City (excluding caravaning & camping). If a member checks out and checks in again on the same day at the same or another participating hotel or at Europa-Park Silver Lake City (excluding caravaning & camping), this counts as a single stay for the purposes of calculating the qualifying stay.

All sales-based stays that are no older than 10 years and are attributed to one guest. This also includes bookings via tour operators, online portals, companies or event bookings as well as bookings at special prices.

Eligible stays automatically expire after 10 years. The reference date is 31st December of the current calendar year. The eligible stays will be recalculated on this date. Example: A stay from 5th August 2011 expires on 31st December 2021. For Best Friends members this means: If 15 stays are not reached again, the status will change to the participant status Good Friends. If the 15 stays are reached again, there is no change in status. Exception: If a member has achieved Best Friends status, this status will be maintained for the remainder of the calendar year in which it was obtained and until the end of the following calendar year, even if the 15 eligible stays are not reached after the recalculation.

Eligible stays will be credited to the member's account within 2 working days of the check-out.

A main traveller must be specified for each hotel room booked. The first-named person, including the associated address on the registration form document, is considered the main traveller. Only this person is entitled to have their respective stay credited. If several members spend the night together in one room, this does not entitle them to multiple benefits. The benefits are only granted once per room per stay.

Missing stays can only be submitted in the online profile using the form ‘Request missing stays’ under the menu item ‘My stays’ after departure. Evidence must be provided by the member.

External reservations can only be submitted in the online profile using the ‘Link external reservation’ form under the menu item ‘My stays’. Evidence of the missing stays must be provided by the member.

Stays accumulated by a member cannot be transferred to another person. Exception in the event of death: stays are transferable to a legally-registered spouse or registered life partner in the event of a proven death of the member. Stays are not transferable to another person for any other reason, including divorce or inheritance.

Stays older than 10 years automatically expire at the beginning of the year.

Stays older than 10 years are no longer counted, as the loyalty programme is designed to reward active members who regularly visit Europa-Park and collect stays. This applies to all members of the programme.

The program is divided into Good Friends status and Best Friends status. The two membership levels are based on the number of stays in participating hotels. The more stays participating guests collect, the more interesting the program benefits become.

Good Friend (participant status): 0-14 qualified stays in the last 10 calendar years: After successful online registration, participating guests receive Good Friends status directly. Upon presentation of their personalized membership card at reception, guests also automatically receive the following benefits from their second arrival: View the current Good Friends benefits here.

Best Friend (premium status): From 15 qualified stays in the last 10 calendar years: Once Best Friends status has been achieved, this status is maintained for the remainder of the calendar year in which it was achieved. As is the case until the end of the following calendar year, in addition to the benefits of Good Friends status, members with Best Friends status receive the following additional benefits, provided that the membership card is presented upon check-in: If the room reservation is made directly at a Europa-Park hotel or online via the Europa-Park website, members receive an additional 10% discount on the overnight price (this discount cannot be combined with other discounts and special offers). After successful online registration, the digital membership card can be viewed in the Europa-Park Hotel App and printed out. It is recommended to present the membership card without being asked each time you arrive in order to benefit from the advantages of the programme.

The membership card cannot be shared, as the membership is only valid for the registered person. For couples, it is recommended to have a joint account in order to collect stays together. Care should always be taken to book only in the name of the member who is registered in the loyalty programme.

The exclusive Early Bird bonus is a discount code of €15.00. This code can be redeemed online for room reservations within a specified period of time.

Once a year in autumn, an exclusive pre-sale takes place to activate the new season. As a member of the Hotel Friend programme, popular dates and preferred rooms can be secured one week before the general booking. In addition, a discount code that can be used several times is provided for reservations in the new seasonal periods. The discount code can only be redeemed for a limited period of time. Further details are available in the member area.

To receive a welcome gift, it is necessary to show a personalised membership card at the hotel reception upon check-in. Afterwards the welcome gift will be given by our employees. The membership card can also be presented using the smartphone via our Europa-Park Hotel app. You cannot benefit from any of the advantages without presenting your membership card.

If several members spend the night together in one room, this does not entitle them to multiple benefits. These are only granted once per room per stay and to the main person arriving (first named person on the registration form) who is a member of the loyalty program.

A main traveller must be specified for each hotel room that has been booked. The first-named person, including the associated address on the registration form document, is considered the main traveller. If this person is a member of the Europa-Park Hotel Friends loyalty program, only this person will receive the benefits, for example: the welcome gift.

No, the 10% discount (on bed and breakfast) will only be applied to the room in which the Europa-Park Hotel Friends member with Best Friend status is staying and is listed as the main person travelling. This discount and the benefits are not transferable to other family members/rooms in which other family members are staying.

Both parties can terminate their participation in the Hotel Friends program properly at any time without observing a notice period and without giving reasons. More information can be found here in our conditions of participation.

Questions about equipment, offers & tips

Hotel guests have free WiFi in all hotels. Simply switch on WiFi, accept the data protection regulations and start surfing.

The wellness and pool areas of Europa-Park hotels are available to all hotel guests free of charge, regardless of the hotel in which you are staying. Furthermore, bathrobes and towels can be rented in the respective areas. Sauna visits are permitted for guests aged 18+. 

It is recommended that you bring your own bathrobes and bath towels. This is partly because there are only standardised sizes that all look the same, which can lead to confusion, and partly for sustainability reasons. Further information on sustainability is available in the ‘More’ menu of the Europa-Park Hotel App.

Hotel guests (aged 16+) can train free of charge at Europa-Park's Fitness Club 'Boston Red Sox' at the hotel 'Bell Rock' or at the fitness area ‘Krønasår’, using modern TechnoGym and PowerPlate fitness machines. The use of the equipment is at your own risk. Access requires the use of the room card. More information about courses and opening hours here, in the Europa-Park Hotel app and at the reception.

Tesla Supercharger

The next TESLA Supercharger station is located at the service station in Herbolzheim, where you will find ten charging points (charging time: 30 minutes).

Souvenirs, merchandise, fashion, jewellery and much more can be bought in the hotel shops at 'El Andaluz', 'Bell Rock', 'Krønasår' and 'Colosseo' as well as at 'Moda del Colosseo'. Hotel guests can use the free shopping service at Europa-Park before 3pm. Souvenirs bought at Europa-Park are delivered directly to the respective hotel reception and can be picked up there after closing time.

There are several shops in the town of Rust where you can buy groceries, drugstore articles and much more.

ATMs are located in the lobby of the hotels 'Colosseo', 'Santa Isabel', 'Bell Rock' and 'Krønasår'.

During the summer and winter season, there are free activities for the youngest hotel guests, such as the children's disco and a treasure hunt at the hotel 'Bell Rock'. Our museum tour at the hotel 'Krønasår' takes place the whole year. Further information can be found at the respective reception, in the Europa-Park Hotel App or online.

At the main entrance and the hotel entrance to Europa-Park, you can rent a pushchair for a fee of €5.00. Depending on availability, pushchairs are available there for the duration of your visit to Europa-Park (ID card required). To make a reservation in advance, please contact kontrolle-he@europapark.de or call +49 7822 77-28200.

Hotel guests who require hypoallergenic bed linen can indicate this when booking a room or upon arrival. In case of food allergies, please inform us when making your table reservation (+49 7822 860-5922). The kitchen staff of Europa-Park hotels are trained to prepare special dishes or menus for this case. However, we recommend the á la carte restaurants, so that we can better respond to special requests.

At the Europa-Park hotels, there is one accessible room in each of the hotels 'Colosseo' (4 pers.), 'Santa Isabel' (6 pers.) as well as two in the hotel 'Krønasår' (4 pers.), three in the hotel 'Bell Rock' (2 or 4 pers.) and one accessible room each in the hotels 'El Andaluz' (2 pers.) and 'Castillo Alcazar' (4 pers.). Depending on the themed hotel, the rooms are lovingly-decorated and furnished with attention to detail.

Bathroom: Stepless access, handles in the shower (85cm high) and to the right and left of the WC (can be folded up, 85cm high), WC height 48cm, movement area of at least 150 x 150cm, wash basin underneath.

Rooms: Width of passage to and into the accessible rooms at least 90cm, movement area in front of the bathroom at least 150 x 150cm and in front of the passage to one long side of the bed at least 150 x 150cm, minimum width on one long side of the bed at least 150cm and next to operating devices and in front of furnishings at least 120cm.

In general, dogs are allowed at the Europa-Park hotels. Per dog & overnight stay, a fee of €13.00 (without food) will be charged. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurants and bars, as well as in all rides and shows. Furthermore, dogs must be kept on a lead at Europa-Park. At Europa-Park's main entrance, dog hygiene packs can be purchased for €1.00.

Safety is the top priority at Europa-Park. This applies not just to the over 100 attractions, but also to the risk of external interference by third parties. For this reason, Europa-Park is in regular and close contact with the police as well as the Federal Criminal Police Office regarding a possible dangerous situation.
